How Much Weight Loss 3 Months
How much weight can a person lose in 12 weeks or 3 months?
I am 19, 5ft 6in and possibly 190lbs and my goal weight is 130lbs(which i obviously should not achieve in 12 weeks). I am designing my own 12 weeks weight loss challenge based on the” biggest loser” as a foundation place to start. I will only and mainly be eating fruits, vegetables, salads and bit of meat here and there( i may go vegetarian w/ a few exceptions like eggs). I will be cutting out juice,soda and drinking only water or fat free milk or my own natural made smoothies. Basically eating only homemade foods no junk food. I will also be going to the gym 3x a week and increasing it to 5 or 6x a week. Also i will be on a calories restriction of 1,330 and eating 3-5x a day. How much weight should i lose in 12 weeks?
I will mainly do cardio at first then gradually add weightlifting
