Lose Weight Safely During Pregnancy
Post partum body, any advice??
I have had four children and i can safely say that this has had an effect on my body. I am 23 years old and began having my children at 17. I have lost all the weight that i gained during pregnancy everytime and i now weigh less than i did before having children but i am left with a baggy belly and droopy boobies!! I am not unhappy with my apprearance as i am proud of my body for growing and nourishing four gorgeous healthy babies but i would just like to ‘tone’ it up a little. My eldest son is now 6 and my youngest is 4mths. Can anyone give me any advise on excercise that actually works? Thanks
Well, I could tell you the obvious, sit ups, get a work out video, but the truth is, there is nothing natural that you can do about sagging skin, you can but cocobutter lotion on it, but that’s just a theory. Sagging boobs is just proof that you are a baby machine so be proud of yourself for that. wear a good bra that makes ‘em look perky. As far as the belly goes, sit ups, and that’s about all you can do. That’s why you don’t see many mothers wearing bikinis at the pool. And that’s just fine. You can be a sexy mother just by remembering the goddess that you are for who you are on the inside. I know that’s not the answer you were looking for, but it’s the best I could do.
