How to lose 5 pounds in 1 week?
I eat really healthily and never eat sugary or fatty foods. I also exercise for about 1 – 1.5 hours a day, everyday. It would be very helpful if you could give me a website with excersises for losing fat/weight and toning legs.
Also please don’t tell me it’s not healthy i just really need to lose it and quickly.
I think you might have something wrong on your diet and exercise. If you are in right form of them, you are losing weight quickly. Maybe you should calculate your daily intake with calories and how hard of your workout. some women claimed, they walk an hour daily…. but not losing any weight. But do you know how fast they were walking…. They were just going to a mall and window shopping….. dont cheat yourself, calculate how much you consume and how much you burn.
I suggest, you can run an hour daily, and if you still have power and time,add 45 elliptical at evening would be better
