Fasting to Lose weight on a Blog? (PEOPLE WHO HAVE FASTED OR WILL FAST ONLY)?

Please no anti-fasters, because I’ve talked to my doctor and it’s what i’m doing for my skin disease. I’M ASKING THAT YOU DO NOT TELL ME NOT TO DO THIS, I WILL REPORT YOU.
Anyways my disease has gotten really bad and I need the advice of someone who has fasted before. I have, but I was inexperienced, and had a choice. ( Though I want to do this, to lose weight also)

Ok so when fasting its important to keep your body hydrated, drink lots of water, it will help get rid of hunger pangs and make you feel full. You can also eat ice cubes to give your mouth something to do and help create a full feeling in your stomach. You need to keep yourself busy and distracted so that you don’t think about food or feel the temptation to eat it. Try not to put yourself in situations where you could end up eating or sampling food. IE don’t go grocery shopping, hang out in the kitchen, cook food, watch food network, smell food, or watch people eat etc. Tell yourself when you are hungry and feel like eating all the positive things that will result with not eating. Associate eating with bad things and that will make you not want to eat. When you get really bad hunger pangs take a really hot or cold bath, take a nap, lay on a heating pad, stretch/exercise, go outside. After a week or more of fasting I like to chew sugar free/zero calorie gum just for the energy and sugar like taste. The chewing sensation gives your body the impression its eating and so that will also help supress hunger. Also if you need pepped up drink a sugarless/carbless beverage. Or chew sugarless hard candies. Keep in mind to only use these if your about a week into the fast and you are drained and can’t move or function properly. Good Luck.
