What is the healthiest way to lose 35 pounds quickly?

I’m not fat. i used to weigh 135 at 5’10 about 5 months ago. I went through some major depression and gained about 40 pounds. I’m sick of this fat and I want to get back to my natural weight. What is the healthiest way to do that quickly? And about how long will it take?



I am going through the same exact thing, except I seem to be gaining 10 pounds every year! It has been scientifically proven that eating, especially eating fatty, salty, and sweet foods, allows you to stress less and relax your hormones, your body, and your mind. In order to lose weight, and fast (I can’t guarantee it’ll be very quickly, since it depends on your metabolism and other factors), these are a few tips you can follow:
1. Do not eat three hours before you sleep. Your body stops digesting food then, and the food you eat will only be excess weight.
2. Walk at least 30 minutes a day. If you can, try walking 30 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon, and 30 at night.
3. Even though it may be quite depressing at times, weigh yourself EVERY DAY. You’ll keep yourself on track as well as encourage not to eat the chocolate bar in the fridge!
4. Write down the food you eat. Before you eat that something that is tempting you, you’ll think how depressing it would be to write it down later in the day.
5. This doesn’t work for everyone, but it may for you. Serve yourself larger porportions, so you will be overwhelmed with the food, and eat less!
6. Eat healthy, snack less, drink only water (I drink Iced Tea as well though). No soda, no sweets.
7. When craving, wait fifteen to thirty minutes, your craving will mostly likely go away. If not, then pick up a piece of fruit or veggie!
8. Salad is always great, but be award of salad dressings! Sometimes they pack more fat and calories than you’d think.
