No. What I want you to do is to nourish yourself through a diet of whole foods. Delicious foods that leave you feeling full and satisfied. When you eat like this you reduce cravings, and you naturally burn fat. I have found this to be true from my own experience.
Remember to also drink a lot of water as well as reducing salt intake. Stay away from processed foods and junk food!
2. Exercise
Being active is wonderful and it increases your metabolism nicely. Try to find activities that you enjoy. This can be running, going for long walks and even gardening.
3. Doing facial exercises
This is special exercises for your face. They will make the muscles of your face stronger and tighter, giving you a more youthful look. But if you have too much fat in your face you need to get rid of that first, or else the muscles will be hidden behind it. Toning your facial muscles will not give you a bigger face.
