Lose Weight Study Abroad

Can I lose 50 lbs in six months? (Healthily)?
Hi everybody! I’m a freshman in college, 18 years old, and I want to try to lose 50 pounds. I weigh 179 right now and I’m 5’4 tall. I’ll be studying abroad in Spain in May, so that’s when I’d like to have lost weight by. 50 is just a number I came up with…I’m more concerned with just feeling better and being slightly skinnier. How can I do this in a healthy way?
ps: Don’t worry about the “freshman 15″– I’ve actually lost 2 lbs since I’ve been here from all the walking I’ve been doing!

- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
