Can you lose weight if you eat only soup?
i was wondering how much weight could i lose if i eat fruit for breakfast and then mushroom soup (with a little cream) for lunch and dinner. And repeat that for a few days (lets say 5).
I would say yes. I do not think it isn’t healthy, just if you do it for too long it might be. Soups are awesome to loose weight but you might want to vary the soups you eat: chicken noodle, lentil soup, broccoli and cheese, etc.
