Free Lose Weight Calendars

What are your tricks for losing weight… what helps you? {and maybe what I do can help you}?
Examples; do you chew gum when you want to eat the last piece of cake? Do you go swimming when you’ve eaten too much? That sort of thing.
What helps me is keeping track of what I eat and when I eat it… and looking at a calendar to see how much longer I have to eat a certain way (less junk food, no soda, etc.) until I see the results I’ve been hoping for! And actually, I’ve just come across this site, and it does all that for me. So it might help you?

While I’m not trying to lose weight, a trick I use to not over eat is I started eating a small piece of chocolate after the meal. I sort of tricked myself into thinking “okay that was my dessert so now I’m done”. So on days that I want to keep eating, I eat a piece of chocolate and all of a sudden that urge to go for another helping kind of goes away. It’s like I trained myself to think that way. Weird but it works for me
plus, I can eat chocolate everyday!
