Super Fast Weight Loss Tips

I need weight loss help!!?
I’m 19 years old, 5’1, and 120 lbs. All I want is to lose about 10 pounds or so and can’t figure out why this has been so difficult for me haha. I don’t eat fast food, ever. I don’t eat high-fat foods; I don’t even use butter. I don’t eat bread. I use skim and soy milk. The thing I eat most of is cereal. My metabolism is super slow so this is playing some part in why I can’t lose these ten pounds very easily. I can’t exercise too much unfortunately due to a chronic illness, but I can sure try. especially with summer coming up. Can someone recommend a sensible diet/exercise plan or just some simple tips for someone with my height, weight, and metabolism speed? It would be greatly appreciated ![]()
PS: I’m kind of scared of eating high protein foods? Simply because I don’t get to exercise very much, and I’ve been told that high protein = fat unless you are exercising. Not sure how true this is?
try eating less cereals, cereals are basically the same as bread, all carbs lol. eat eggs and turkey bacon, get your protein in, eat broccoli and nuts and things high in protein. VEGGIES LOTS OF VEGGIES. this should do a huge difference, try eating a calorie deficite of about 500, and if you can try lifting weights and swimming or biking, those are low impact and could surprisingly help you with your illness. weightlifting makes for strong bones, good immune system and rapid fat loss, and girls really shoudlnt worry about getting “bulky” from lifting weights, they simply lack testosterone, its extremely hard for girls to get ripped lol. anyways, goodluck, and i hope these tips helped.
