Lose Weight Running Program

Good running program for someone already thin?
I’m a skinny guy who eats healthy foods. I just went for a run for the first time in 3 years, let’s just say I kept the pace for about a minute.
I’m not trying to lose weight, I just want to be able to run for longer amounts of time rather than nearly pass out after 5 minutes.
So if anyone could suggest a good website or program for me to work my way up to I guess 5k level.
Who knows, if I enjoy it I may want to go up to marathon level. But for now, I’d just like to be able to run a 5k straight through.
Runnersworld, for basic programmes the UK versions the easiest to use English one, just go runnersworld.co.uk and click the training tab. Then click the 5K begainers tab. For anything else the .com version (American) is better, although why it needs so many pop-ups…
