I’m Not Losing Weight and It’s Making Me Suicidal?

I never eat soda, chips, cakes, candy, fast food, or any junk food. I only drink tons of water and take supplements. I work out with weights three times a week and use an elliptical for 40-60 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. I eat only whole wheat bread or pasta when I have them, plus I eat raw veggies every day. I have done this for almost 3 months and have lost only 3 pounds. I do not understand why I’ve not lost at least 10 or 15 pounds. I work really hard and it’s starting to make me suicidal. I am 177 pounds and want to get to 140. WHAT in the world is keeping me from weight loss? It’s not fair, I’m working hard.
Not much, believe me. I stay away from bread and pasta. I just mentioned that to show that I stay away from white flour
