What caused weight loss and how can I make it happen again?
Ok I’ve tried a lot and most diets make me gain weight if they change anything at all.No lie years ago I gained 10 lbs in 4 days drinking 2 slim-fast and eating nothing else. Since I was a kid I eat supper and that’s it. I had a lot of kids and gained with each one and never lost it.The only time I ever lost any weight at all was 6yrs ago for some reason I was starving all the time and I was eating constantly.I dropped 20 lbs in 5 weeks without trying.
Now I’m starting menopause and have picked up 20.So I thought try at least eating in A.M. maybe it will pick up metabolism. Gained another 10. Great. Help please
