How much weight will I lose if I eat hardly anything but carrots?
I am 5’2 and weigh around 180 pounds (medicine’s fault!) and how much will I weigh in December from eating almost nothing but carrot sticks and over exercising? I would really like to be at least 110 pounds.
P.S. I really do apologize for posting this on this forum, I already posted it in the Diet and Fitness forum but they were no help. Thank you.
