The fastest way to lose weight.?
I’ve lost weight in the past going on certain diets and whatnot but I need to lose weight fast! There’s a weight lost challenge at work. Whats the fastest way you know to lose weight

I don’t know whether this will work for everyone but I always eat soup when Im on a diet.
Just cereal and milk for breakfast – half a tin of soup, one slice of bread and butter and an apple for lunch – half a tin of soup and a yoghurt for dinner.
And drink just water, try to stay away from cream based soups, stick to veg.
I also do about an hours exercise each night, running and dancing – whatever you want really as long as it gets you a bit sweaty ad out of breath.
I don’t know if this is practical for you but I’m losing around HALF a STONE a week on it.
Only downside is that its not really a balanced diet. But what ‘diet’ is?
