My Own Weight Loss Now

Is this a good weight loss plan? HELP!?
So I used weight watchers, lost A LOT of weight and now I quit and am in a rut. I am like 5 foot 3 and 12 and weigh 145-7. SO starting Monday I conducted my own little plan ![]()
Follow the Weight Watchers food thing.
Drink a lot of water.
Work out for an hour every day ( Like Swim or Dance, since I am a dancer. Or something light maybe like a walk. And then add all that stuff together and hopefully get an hour)
And not focus on the scale and never weigh myself until I am satisfied by how I LOOK not what that darn scale says ![]()
SO do you think this will work? And can I have a little support

Sounds like you are on the right track. If you are not happy with the speed of your results, don’t try to speed them up by eating less. Instead, increase either your amount of activity/exercise or the intensity of your activity/exercise. Your goal when exercising should be to get your heart pumping in the first 5-10 minute and keep it doing so for another 20-30 minutes. You should also be sweating within the first 5-10 minutes.
