Weight Loss?

Hey whats up…Im 17 5ft 9 inches andI weighed 280 in May of this year and after a couple months of diet and exercise I am now as of July 28th 243lbs…I decided not to diet but to change my lifestyle and just ate a healthy breakfast for lunch for the last 4 months i’ve ate a tuna sandwich or tuna with some noodles and then whatever my Mom would make for dinner i would eat but just not as much and from that i lost almost 40lbs so far…I’ve lifted weights 5 times a week and did about an hour of cardio 5 times a week also weither it was swimming walking jumprope etc…..Now I have hit my plateu and stayed about 245 for the past 2 weeks also I also feel extremly hungry during the afternoon on days i dont workout (saturday and sunday) but only recently did this start….Any advice on how to break this Plateu effect i’ve hit and maybe how come after 3 months now all of a sudden im starving on certain days and not others?



Yeah, I recommend balancing your calories between carbohydrates, protein and fat.. and eliminating carbs with a high glycemic index (sugar, white flour, starchy vegetables). The major benefit of the Low GI (Glycemic Index) diet is that you eliminate the cravings/hunger. Make a note of what you are eating before these cravings. You may notice it is much worse after eating rice/pasta/potatos .. or after eating certain fruits. I eliminated corn, rice, pasta, potatos and sugar .. and eat three healthy meals a day .. without the desire for snacking. Its changed my life. Try and see if it helps.
