How to lose weight and tone up?

I am a 21 year old girl and for about a month now I have been eating really well and going to the gym 3- 4 times a week for an hour and I can see weight loss and even muscle building up on my legs its seems its more muscle building than weight loss. i want to lose weight then tone up … any ideas and tips ?

If you want to lose weight, you should keep in mind that setting a realistic time for youself is very important. Remember that you didn’t gain all that weight overnight, so trying to lose it overnight is not very realistic, or healthy for you.

But there is a healthy way to lose weight, and fairly quickly.

To lose weight, it’s better to focus on fixing your healthy eating habits instead of dieting. You should drink more water too as it helps to clear toxins from your body. And if you drink enough water, your body doesn’t need to store water inside like it usually does when you become dehydrated and this stored water also adds to your weight.

You should also eat more vegetables and fruits as they contain a lot of fiber that can make you feel fuller for longer. Being rich in protein and fiber, it will help you with weight loss!

You can also do some execerises, depending on what you like to do, to get even better results. Exercising will make you more fit and give you extra energy, help burn the fat and give you more stamina.

Exercising also helps build strong lean muscles and improve your skin tone.
