can i lose weight just by walking
Lose weight by walking 5 miles, 4 times a week…?

I’m thinking of walking 5 miles every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. (I can only do those because I have to be up at 7am the other days for school/work)
I’m not gonna eat after 9pm (we have late dinner in this house lol)
Plus I started just drinking just water, and no soda. I usually drink about 2 liters of water a day.

How much of an effect will this have?
Around how much weight do you think I’d lose in 3 months by doing this?

Also, I’m 18, 5’6, 190lbs



I’ve always heard: Don’t eat after 5 pm. I was reading a health article somewhere and it said that eating after a certain time doesn’t matter because calories are calories no matter what time you eat.

Drinking water is good. Also, don’t forget to eat healthy.

Theres no telling how much weight you will lose. It all depends on your body.
