How to lose stubborn weight??? 10 pts best answer!?

so I’m a 15 year old, 5 feet 6.5 inches, 136 pound girl… and I really need to lose weight
I want to be around 100 pounds asap cause I want to do a modeling job that’s coming up so as thin as like a catalog model if that’s possible… I know it won’t happen in a month or even 2 but is it possible to lose that much weight by the end of summer before school starts again (4 months)? i will try ANYTHING except sugery or weight loss pills (dont give me scam websites lol)
I’m only 15 and my parents aren’t willing to pay for gym membership but I do have a treadmill and a weight lifting thing and dumbbells and stuff like that to work out at home and yoga. Oh yea and I’m a vegetarian and want to go vegan.
Could anybody help and tell me how many calories I should eat a day, how long and how I should work out etc. ? I REALLY need help:( thanks to anybody who helps!!



Your problem may actually be your metabolism. If you eat the same things too often your metabolism sort of gets in a “rut”. You have to be sure to switch up your diet.
Alot of times people who are “dieting” will actually eat around 5 small meals, instead of 3 big ones. This reduces snacking and hunger inbetween. Also, eat lots of fiber with your meals. This helps you feel full faster, which will help you to eat less, and help you to lose weight. BE SURE TO EAT FROM ALL OF THE FOOD GROUPS (minus the sweets and stuff).
Also, make sure to at least get 30 minutes of cardio or some sort of exercise each day.
I alternate between 30 and 60 minutes every other day. Some really good cardio ideas that are fun & easy are jump roping, dancing, swimming, or just going on a jog with friends. Don’t push yourself too hard though. And if 60 minutes is too much, build up your time each day. Shoot for more time everyday.
Watch what you drink. A lot of people drink their calories in soda, energy drinks, coffee drinks, and smoothies.
Please be careful though. You don’t want to get too thin- as heath complications might come with that.
