Walking To Lose Weight Calendar

getting in to shape / weight loss help?
I am currently 21 years old 5 foot 5 weigh a whopping 170 lbs ( yea i know) and i wear a size 9-11in jeans. Ok now that you know that here is my current plan starting tonight… I carry most of my weight in my stomach so you all know… i have hip hop abs i intend on starting the six week calendar I also want to go running/walking for an hour 3-5 times per week as well as drink lots of water and eat more things such as chicken, albacore, and eggs. I also have the biggest loser cardio dvd and sculpt that i was going to do a few times a week as well. If i stick to this how much do you think i could lose in the next four weeks im not worried about my weight number so much as my size and getting fit especially in my stomach area any other suggestions to make this work better how much as far as size do you think i can lose ? thanks so much
Sounds good – make sure you try to exercise everyday if you can. Exercise will help you lose the weight quicker.
